Looking for something scary, but fun and kid friendly? Look no more. This holiday movie was just pure comedy.

Synopsis

After moving from Boston to Hollow, the Gordon encounter the weirdest Halloween event ever as they try to beat the curse of Stingy Jack.

First of all, is there truly an Ouija app? Please tell me there isn’t because it’s just crazy. As much as I love board games, you wouldn’t catch me messing around with that board—even for fun. Nothing good ever comes out of it. Nothing.

Second, who goes to a new town and then head to the cemetery? Spooky move I must say.

Who goes on a tour to the cemetery?

It’s eureka not abracadabra.

Science is magic. Believe it or not.

"Booya. The walking dead."
"Not a fan. I jumped the shark when they killed Glenn."

I also jumped shark. They shouldn’t have killed him. But, oh, well, it is what it is.

Principal Floyd.

They all chorused it like the Mystery Incorporated gang.

What was in that muffin? Cement?

There wasn’t much to see. It was just fun, family entertainment. It reminded me of Eddie Murphy’s The Haunted Mansion. Spooky, fun, family friendly.

If you need something relaxing to watch with the kids, go ahead, but don’t expect any groundbreaking script or scene. Watch for fun.
